14 Hours Ahead

• 1 1/2 oz Tanqueray London dry gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz honey syrup
• 1/2 oz heavy cream
• 1 tsp matcha

1. Dry shake ingredients.
2. Add ice to shaker and shake again.
3. Double strain into chilled ice-filled Collins glass.

1. A slight modification to the recipe found at Cocktails Distilled. This is much less acidic.

Americano

• 1 1/2 oz Campari
• 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
• 5 oz soda water (to top)

1. Fill highball glass with ice.
2. Add spirits then soda water.
3. Stir to combine and garnish with orange twist.

Aperol Spritz

• 3 oz Prosecco
• 2 oz Aperol
• 1 oz soda water

1. Pour ingredients over ice and stir to combine.
2. Garnish with half an orange slice.

Bees Knees

• 2 oz London dry gin
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz honey syrup

1. Shake ingredients with ice.
2. Double strain into chilled coupe.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.

Bijou

• 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
• 2 dash orange bitters

1. Stir ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled Nick and Nora or coupe.
3. Garnish with Maraschino cherry (optional).

Boulevardier

• 1 1/4 oz bourbon (or rye)
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth

1. Stir ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.
3. Garnish with orange twist.

Bramble

• 2 oz London dry gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz blackberry liqueur

1. Shake ingredients except blackberry liqueur with ice.
2. Strain into rocks glass with pebble/crushed ice.
3. Float blackberry liqueur.
4. Garnish with a half lemon slice and blackberry.

Casino

• 1 1/2 oz old tom gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
• 2 dash orange bitters

1. Shake ingredients with ice.
2. Double strain into chilled coupe.

Classic Martini

• 2 1/2 oz London dry gin

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz demerara simple syrup

Fancy Free

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 2 dash orange bitters

French 75

• 1 oz London dry gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz Champagne

1. Shake ingredients except Champagne with ice.

Fuzzy Navel

• 2 oz peach liqueur
• 1 oz white rum
• 2 oz orange juice
• 2 drops saline

Gimlet

• 2 oz vodka
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup.

Gin Fizz

• 2 oz London dry gin

• 1 egg white
• 1 oz soda water

1. Dry shake ingredients except soda water.

3. Double strain into chilled Collins glass and top with soda water.

Gin Tonic

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 4 oz tonic water

1. Combine ingredients in chilled glass with ice.
2. Stir to combine.

Hanky Panky

• 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
• 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 bar spoon Fernet Branca

1. Stir ingredients with ice.

Improved Whiskey Cocktail

• 2 oz bourbon (or rye)

White Lady
